10. PAYMENT

10.1 Subscribers acknowledge that the “Subscription Contract” provided by Black-Silo Commodity Consulting Ltd is a legal document. By registering, you agree to complete all payments promptly.

10.2 Failure to make timely payments will result in service interruptions and potential legal action.

10.3 Black-Silo Commodity Consulting Ltd does not guarantee immediate updates to the payment page concerning current services and plans. The company reserves the right to change services and payment options at any time without prior notice. Subscribers will not be affected by these changes during their active subscription.

10.4 All transfer fees are the responsibility of the Subscribers. Black-Silo Commodity Consulting Ltd reserves the right to consider a payment as not executed and request the remaining balance if any transfer fees are deducted from the total.

11. RENEWALS

11.2 Renewals will be processed based on the most recent subscription plan. Renewal notifications may include offers for upgrades to other services, but automatic upgrades will not occur unless explicitly requested.

12. TERMINATION

(d) business secrets if known for any reason. Black-Silo Commodity Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any circumstances when sensitive data is known to third parties by; (a) reasons beyond Black-Silo Commodity Consulting Ltd control, (b) the mistake of third parties who are not Black-Silo Commodity Consulting Ltd’s employees, shareholders or contractors (c) Black-Silo Commodity Consulting Ltd’s database is reached through illegal actions by third-parties, (d) Legal obligations.
