The Fryers Reports cover grains (wheat, barley, and corn) and protein markets (oilseeds, protein meals, and vegetable oils). There are four daily reports: three are distributed in the morning (European time), focusing on global wheat cash markets, feed grains (primarily barley and corn), and proteins.

The EU-Black Sea Report updates Black Sea cash markets for grains each evening. Additionally, there is a weekly recap and a monthly post-USDA report recap.
